Do I need text messaging/internet available on
my phone to order content?
A: You must have text messaging and an internet
plan enabled through your carrier in order to
receive downloads. For alerts, you need text messaging.
Please check with your carrier for details.
Q:
My Phone only Supports Polyphonics, will I be
able to download New York Jets Wireless Ringtones?
A: All of our ringtones are in “voicetone”
format. Unfortunately, polyphonics are not supported.
Please check the handset compatibilities page
to see if your device is supported.
Q: Is my carrier supported for downloads?
A: We currently support Cingular (and former AT&T
Wireless), T-Mobile USA, and Sprint. Other carriers
may be added in the future. Verizon users can
go to “Get it Now” on their Verizon
Wireless handset.

I have prepaid, can I download NYJ Wireless content?
A: Sorry, at this time we are not supporting users
with prepaid.
Q: I live in Canada but I am a huge Jets
fan, can I download NYJ Wireless content?
A: Currently we are only supporting the above
listed U.S. carriers.

I live in California and I want to order NY Jets
content on my Wireless phone. Can I order it?
A: NY Jets Wireless content is only available
to users with zip codes in the New York area market
(example: 10012).

I placed an order. Where do I find the message
which allows me to retrieve my order?
A: Every device handles this message differently.
All Sprint devices will get the message in their
text messaging inbox. Motorola users will get
the message in their “Browser Messages”
section. Most Nokia users will receive it in “Service
Inbox”. LG users will get the message as
a “Push Message”.
Q:
Where are the items I downloaded stored?
A: The items are stored in your phone’s
onboard memory or memory expansion card (such
as an MMC card). Please make sure you have enough
free phone memory or space on your memory expansion
card before downloading. On many Sprint devices,
you will find it in your “downloads”
section. On other devices you may find it in your
“gallery” section. Please check with
your device manufacturer for complete details.

Are these downloads a subscription based service?
A: The download is not part of a subscription
service and you are only billed once per download

How do I sign up for NY Jets Wireless Alerts?
A: You can sign up for NY Jets Wireless Alerts
in one of two ways:
1. From the web:
From the New York Jets Wireless main page, Click
on “Sign Up Now” in the “Alerts”
box. Follow the directions there to sign up.
A message will be sent to your mobile handset,
asking you to confirm your subscription. Reply
with YES, and you will start to receive your NY
Jets Wireless Alerts.
2. From your mobile handset:
From your mobile handset, send a message with
the text SCORE to 53871 (JETS1). A message will
be sent back to your mobile handset, asking you
to confirm your subscription. Reply with YES,
and you will start to receive your NY Jets Alerts
for $3.99 a month.

How do I stop receiving NY Jets Wireless Alerts?
A: You can opt-out of NY Jets Wireless alerts
at anytime by sending STOP to 53871.
